I try not to use this blog as a forum for my personal beliefs outside of web design and Internet related issues, however, when I came across a post on a forum recently I had to put together this quick little diatribe.
It seems there was a conference in Vegas not too long ago that was attended by the Wickedfire/Copeac folks (I’m not going to honor them with links). They thought a t-shirt giveaway would be a terrific way to promote themselves unfortunately it seems to be were the real thinking stopped. If you click on the image thumbnail in my post you’ll see what I’m referring to. It appears the folks over at Wickedfire are proud to promote their organization as a bunch of idiotic homophobes and they apparently like to fly their bigot flag for all to see.
I would like to mention that studies have been conducted that folks who seem to be the most homophobic are actually aroused by homosexuality so you can draw conclusions from the t-shirt if you’d like.

It’s actually a pretty decent forum once you get passed all the….. “fun stuff” they talk about which can be random at best…
Bob makes a strong case for the maturity of those at Wickedfire… and I’m now convinced my entire rant was misguided.
